am i better taking kalms or pro plus for this?
i have to go to work and normally i lack enthusiasm there so i was thinking that pro plus might help but then i always get nervous and worried at work so maybe kalms would help....but i don't want to be tired. I think pro plus if i took it i would be really energetic that i wud forget about worrying what im doing. what do you think?
Pro Plus is mostly just Caffeine. It may or may not make you more enthusiastic, but it can easily make you more jittery and make it harder to sit still... that might make your job easier or harder, depending on the job.
Kalms just helps you calm down and some people use it to help them sleep. Yes, it can help with stress, but it can make you act more relaxed, too.
I know it's a hard economy, but if you don't like your job and you're concerned you aren't good enough at it, you really might want to start looking for a new job. It might take a while to find it, but starting to look now will make it easier in the long run, even if you don't get a job for a while... at least you'd still be working while you're looking.
