adidas Phenom Lightning II good cleats?
Does it matter what kind of cleats you have? The decspirtion of adidas Phenom Lightning II says their provide optimal comfort and maximum performance. I think that comfort would be the best thing. Does your cleat really matter? Im trying to decide between the addias phenom ligthing red 2 or munzo 9 spike, would it make any difference? Last year i had tanel 360 and still pitched good.... I had mid cut, rubber cleats...... I hear low cut, metal are best for pitchers....
Mizuno are usually the best. They provide comfort as well as a light shoe. When you're running it helps to have lighter shoes so i would say Mizuno. I use them myself even though i am in Pony. I play pitcher and shortstop, and they help me out a lot. Hope that helps and Happy St. Pats Day.
