What did I do??
Ok so I spent the night at a friends and today we played softball. I pitched it to her and she hit it wrong so it came down VERYYYY hard on the side of my foot (in between big toe and ankle) It isn't swollen or anything but it hurts really bad, when I am sitting it is like a very real dull ache and when i walk I feel like I am getting stabbed! What do you think I did to it? What should I do?? I am in track and I can't have anything slow me down this year!! Please HELP!
i say screw track and get somebody to check it out
you never know what you did
it may be a bruised bone...it may be a sprain or a break
you never know
